Refer a Friend – Terms and Conditions
1. This Refer a Friend promotion is in effect for all referrals to Casino Tropez Mobile on and after February 1, 2006.
2. In this promotion the following definitions shall apply: “Referrer” is the person inviting his friends to play; and “Referred Friend” is the person being invited to Casino Tropez Mobile.
3. The Referrer is an existing Casino Tropez depositing player that has made at least 1 deposit within the last 30 days, and a total of at least 3 deposits since opening the Casino Tropez Mobile account, who invites his/her friends to play at Casino Tropez using our “Invite Your Friends to Play” form.
4. The Referred Friend must be a new Casino Tropez Mobile player that does not already have an account under any other name or alias, and makes his/her first deposit within 7 days of signing up.
5. The Referrer and the Referred Friend are only entitled to a Refer a Friend Bonus if the Referred Friend downloaded the Casino Tropez Mobile software through the link supplied in the sms sent to him/her by the Referrer using the “Invite Your Friends to Play” form.

7. 8. The Referred Friend will receive his/her £25 bonus within 72 hours from the time he/she has downloaded and installed the Casino Tropez Mobile software, opened an account, and made a first deposit of at least £20. We ask that the Referred Friend wager this bonus at least 12 times before making any withdrawal requests.
9. Both the referrer and referred friend must meet all the above stated requirements in order for either party to be eligible for the Refer A Friend bonus.
10.The Referred Friend and Referrer must not be from the same household or IP address.
11.Casino Tropez Mobile reserves the right to change or end this promotion at any time.
General Terms
1. The Play Bonuses will be given only once per household and/or per account, as per our Terms of use. If a second account is opened it will be closed and all play bonuses and winnings may be canceled.
2. Players with one or more pending withdrawals currently in their account are not eligible to receive any bonuses, promotional or otherwise, until such withdrawals are either processed or cancelled. Abuse of this policy, as defined by the casino, may result in cancelation of the player's winnings.
3. The casino reserves the right to review transaction records and logs at anytime, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that player/s are participating in strategies that the casino in its sole discretion deems to be abusive, the casino reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such player to the promotion.
4. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the casino will be final.

6. All PLAY BONUS credits are for wagering purposes only. (No withdrawal will be honored for an amount less than the PLAY BONUS. Upon your FIRST withdrawal (regardless of the number of deposits), any amount up to the equivalent value of the PLAY BONUS will be deducted from your play balance or winnings prior to settlement. The first credits wagered will be deducted from your deposit(s) rather than from the PLAY BONUS).
7. Bets placed on all versions of Roulette will not be counted toward wagering requirements.
